1. About Driving ZEV

Driving ZEV is an independent editorial and media platform covering zero-emission vehicles, including electric vehicles, hydrogen vehicles, motorsport, infrastructure, and related technologies.

  • you confirm you have the right to do so
  • you grant Driving ZEV a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content
  • content must not be defamatory, abusive, misleading, or unlawful

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content at our discretion.

While we take care to ensure accuracy, Driving ZEV does not guarantee that content is complete, current, or free from error.

Opinions expressed are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of manufacturers, partners, or advertisers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Driving ZEV shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the Site
  • nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
